Usually it takes between 10 to 21 days to be delivered to the United States. However, timing may vary depending on seasonal factors such as Christmas or weather conditions.

Returns are possible within 14 days upon delivery with a refund to you. We do not cover return shipping fees.

Refund is possible if: 1. The item never arrived within 30 days after the shipment date 2. The quality is substantially different from described. 3. the refund has been applied not later than 14 days upon delivery or assumed deliver (in the even of non-delivery by the carrier)

Yes. If the quality or sizing or other attributes do not match your expectations, we will replace the eligible items.

We cover all shipping fees worldwide, regardless of your geographical location, so that shipping is completely fee for you.

Most of our items are made of organic linen and hemp items are made of organic hemp and flax cultivated with no herbicides or pesticides. We specifically don't dye our items, except for a few exceptions, to meet your organic ethics expectations. Such items as vegan shoes, black hemp socks are either dyed or have some synthetics, such as PVC shoes soles, but are still vegan, that is, do not contain any products of animal origin, thus meeting vegan ethics. Bath&Bed items are 100% organic and undyed.
